Passed away peacefully at Southlake Health, Newmarket on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at the age of 71. Dearly loved husband of Linda Smith. Beloved father of Travis (Alicia), all of Keswick, and predeceased by his daughter Amy (1998). Cherished grandfather of Cooper and Henry. Dear brother of Bruce, and Beverley (Albert). Blake will be remembered by his family, friends and neighbours.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life gathering will take place at the MW Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick on Thursday, September 17, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
In memory of Blake, donations made to the Terry Fox Foundation would be appreciated.
