Cathy Curlew-Duncan

Cathy Curlew-Duncan passed away unexpectedly in her 70th year on January 16th, 2026. Predeceased by her loving parents Gordon Curlew (2015) and Peggy (2020). Beloved sister and dear friend to Karen, Ian (Michele), and Colin (Cathy). Cathy will be deeply missed by her much loved step daughter Stacy Duncan, step grandsons Benjamin and Oliver, cherished nieces Lindsay (Paul), Leanne (Blake), Karissa (Blake), Kaitlin and Courtney, as well as many cousins and friends. Cathy retired in 2022 after working many years at York Region Children's Aid Society. Cathy loved spending time at the cottage on Henshaw Lake, Muskoka and winter escapes to Fort Myers, Florida. Known for her discerning taste and attention to detail, she enjoyed preparing gourmet meals and had a keen sense for stylish home decorating. A private memorial will be held at a later date for family and close friends. In memory of Cathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
