It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Clifford James Bennett, who left this world peacefully, surrounded by family at home, on Saturday, February 28, 2026, after a brief and courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 82 years.

Beloved husband of Lorraine McClocklin. Loving father Corinna (Mike Philippe), Christopher Bennett (Ju Na), Wanda Bennett (Marc Gallant). Adored stepfather of Jamie Gallant (Shelly Kerslake), Sean McClockin (Tammy), and Donna McClockin (Andrew Healy). Cherished grandfather of Erin, Chantal, Jacqueline, Echo, Bennett, Genevieve, Logan, Sophia, Alicia, Matt, Daniel, Deon, Eddie, Seth, Elliotte, and Harley, Josh, Riley, Tori and great-grandfather of Addylyn, Jase, Elias, Kayleigh, Emma, Ava, Lauren, Megan, Chase, and Davis. Dear brother of Fran (late Louis Bickford), Mary (Paul Hall), Coranna Broderick, Connie (Bruce Skanes), and predeceased by Patricia Rockwood and Doug Bennett. Cliff is predeceased by his first wife of 46 years, Minnie Bennett. He will be fondly remembered by his previous spouse Diane Bone, and her family, Dave Bone (Jodi), their family, Kelly Bone and her family, Amanda Lynn Beale (Scott Wooley), and their daughter Aubrey.

The family invites you to join them for visitation at the MW Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. In memory of Cliff, donations made to the Stronach Cancer Centre c/o Southlake Health would be appreciated.
