Des-Neiges Albina "Denise" Van Der Gulik

Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional health Centre on Thursday, February 07, 2013 in her 77th year. Dearly loved mother of Cheryl Smyth (Mike), Brian Van Der Gulik (Michele), Scott Van Der Gulik (Susan) and Nicki Cummings (Kirk). Cherished grandmother of Nicole (Matt), Shannon (Rory), Robert (Shannon), Courtney (Erich), Brock, Jennifer (David), Kevin (Jenn), Richard (Mandy), Chloe and Lauren. Great grandmother of Andrea, Kindra, Matthew, Tristan, Brielle, Nathan, Nolan, Ethan and Cyrus. Dear sister of Lina, Germaine, Henry and Maryanne. Denise will be fondly remembered by Nick Van Der Gulik as well as her extended family and many friends at Club 55. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Mass from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 20916 Dalton Rd., Sutton, Saturday, March 2nd, 2013 at 12:00 p.m noon.
