Passed away surrounded by the love of her family on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Margaret Bahen Hospice, Newmarket, at the age of 94 years. Dear wife of the late Peter Atkins (2009). Loving mother of Lucy (Dino Moniz) and Marjorie (Hoyt Miller). Treasured grandma and Wita of Luke (Sarah), Niko (Megan), Amanda, Madalynn, and Grace. Cherished great-grandma of Aria and Mateo. Loved sister of Rosa Amira, Beatriz, Ligia, Belen, Socorro and Gladys Esperanza, predeceased by siblings Belisario, Ana de Jesús, German and Luis Eduardo. A special thank you to Chartwell Barton and Margaret Bahen Hospice. Your care and dedication during this difficult time was appreciated.

Visitation will take place at M. W. Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick, on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 129 Metro Road North, Keswick, at 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Queensville Cemetery, 20778 Leslie Street, Queensville.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Georgina Food Pantry, Margaret Bahen Hospice or St. Vincent de Paul Georgina in memory of Elvia would be appreciated by the family.
