Frances Theresa Walsh

Passed away peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at the age of 90. Predeceased by her beloved husband Harold Walsh. Loving mother of Steve Walsh (Karen) of Keswick, ON, and Terri (Mike Belanger) of Village Green, PEI. Cherished grandmother of Lindsay, Branden, Christopher (Cherry), and Sarah. Treasured great-grandmother of Amanda, Raphael, and Sophia. Dear sister-in-law of Carol Walsh.

The family wished to extend their gratitude to the all the staff and administration team at Markhaven Long Term Care, the doctors, and nurses at Markham Stouffville Hospital, and the team at Ontario Health at Home for their care and support.

Cremation has taken place and a service will not be held at this time.

In memory of Frances, donations made to the Alzheimer’s Society of York Region would be greatly appreciated.
