Peacefully at Riverglen Haven Nursing Home in Sutton West, on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of the late Carole Jean Efford (née Link, 2007). Dear brother of the late Hattie of Newfoundland. Lovingly remembered by his many family members across Canada, and friends throughout the community. Special thanks to Fred's cousin Linda, and the staff at Riverglen Haven Nursing Home for all their wonderful care and support. Interment, Christ Church Anglican cemetery, Roches Point.
