Hope Travis Campbell

August 18, 1929 — September 12, 2025

Passed away at Southlake Health, Newmarket on Friday, September 12, 2025 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Emmett McCusker Campbell (2018). Loving mother of Peter Campbell (Josephine) of Wellington, Catherine (Grant McCausland) of Mississauga, Michael Campbell (Jaqueline Latham) of Wasaga Beach, Stephen Campbell (Siobhan) of Penetanguishene, and Susan (Greg Skawinski) of Tottenham. Cherished grandmother of Christine, Heather, Siobhan, Leslie, Tara, Brynne, Keeley, Ciaran, Dhiarmuid, Amanda, and Rachel. Treasured great-grandmother of Ethan, Eamon, Eoin, Orla, Jack, Teddy, and Morgan and another on the way. Predeceased by her sister Laura May Battersby of England. She will be forever missed by all her family, extended family, friends and loved ones. Special thanks to ER Doctor, Albert Lau at Southlake hospital for his compassion and support in her final hours. Visitation will take place at M. W. Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick on Friday, September 26, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. with a Private Family Burial taking place at Burk’s Falls Cemetery. In memory of Hope, donations made to Southlake Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
