Hubert Prince

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family at Margaret Bahen Hospice on Monday, January 29, 2024 at the age of 93 years. Dearly loved husband of Shirley Prince for 73 years. Beloved father of Judy (Robert Monks) of Keswick, Reg Prince (Kathy) of Zephyr, and Rose Coe (Ron Henry) of Keswick. Cherished Granddad of Bob Monks (Brooke), Chrystal (Owen Hill), Chelsea Prince, and Brandi Prince (Brad Gay). Great Granddad of Keenan, Mila, Alice and Violet. Dear brother of Jean (John Brennan), and Lorraine Prince (Hughie Shattler). Predeceased by his parents Reg and Rose Prince, his siblings Clarence (Rhoda), Baxter (surviving wife Effie), Cluney (surviving wife Marguerite), Doris, Dora and Douglas, and his son in law Brian Coe. He will be fondly remembered and missed by his numerous family members and friends. The family would like to thank the Care team at Southlake at Home, Community Palliative Care team, and the staff at Margaret Bahen Hospice for the compassionate care given to Hubert, and a thank you to the team at Keswick Walmart Pharmacy. Visitation will be held at the MW Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick, ON, on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. and on Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 11 – 12 followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 12 noon. Interment at Queensville Cemetery. In memory of Hubert, donations made to Margaret Bahen Hospice would be appreciated.
