Janet Bice

With heavy hearts but infinite love, we share the passing of our cherished matriarch, Janet, on the afternoon of Saturday, September 20, 2025 at the age of 79. She left this world surrounded by the legacy of strong women she helped inspire.

She will be deeply missed by her daughter Laura (Steve), her beloved grandchildren, Chantelle (Daniel), James and Maia, and her dearest friend and confidant, Verna. Janet is predeceased by her husband James Arthur Bice, her son, Clayton James Bice and her favourite big brother, Matthew Cullen.

Janet's greatest pride and joy was her family. She lived each day ensuring they felt the depth of her love, and her grandchildren were truly the light of her life.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Baguio and his team at Southlake's Stronach Cancer Center, as well as to the compassionate caregivers at Margaret Bahen Hospice, for their extraordinary care and kindness in Janet's final days.

Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations Margaret Bahen Hospice in Janet's memory would be appreciated by her family.
