It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Jason on Friday, June 5, 2026 at the age of 45. He will be deeply missed by his stepparents, Jeff & Connie and his brother Sean. Predeceased by his parents Doug & Kim Weeks. He will be missed by his extended family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and a service will not be held at this time.
In memory of Jason, donations made to the Georgina Animal Shelter would be appreciated.
