Joseph Patrick Geniole "Joe"

Passed away peacefully at Willows Estates Long Term Care, Aurora on Friday, March 22, 2024 at the age of 80 years. Dearly loved husband of Marlene DesRoches. Loving father of the late Joey Geniole Jr. (surviving wife Cathy), Peter Raftis (Kathy), Thomas Geniole (Becky), Josh DesRoches (Falin), Jody DesRoches (Diane), Jamie (Tony Ingoglia), Terena Bond Wright (David Wright). Cherished grandfather of Shannon (Mike), Adam (Mary), Scott (Samantha), Anthony, Andrea (Matthew), Ada, Marnie, Cedric (Rosa), Matieu, Tanya (Simon), Charlie, Lily Beth, Nicholas, Brayden, Jacob and many great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Ralph Geniole (Jerry), Carl Geniole (the late Maureen), Joanne Stobbs, Mike Geniole (the late Theresa), Ernie Geniole (Marlene), Julianna LaBarge, Matt Geniole (Kathy), Bernadette Geniole (Rick) and predeceased by John Geniole and his wife Debbie. The family would like to thank all of our family and friends for your love and support. Special thanks to the teams at Southlake Regional Health Centre and the Willows Estate LTC for their compassion and care. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. and on Thursday, March 28 from 10 – 11 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. In memory of Joe, donations made to the Miracle Marnie Foundation would be appreciated.
