Judy Ann Lavoie

Passed away peacefully at Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Orillia, on Friday, July 18, 2025 at the age of 71 years. Reunited with her beloved husband Thomas Lavoie (2009). Loving mother of Lori (George Nicholls). Cherished grandmother of Corey and Robert Nicholls. Dear sister of Margaret Hamelin, Susan (late Bill Nishacowa), Joyce (Doug Fish), Daniel Miller (Dale), and predeceased by John Miller (2020). She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends. The family wished to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses and support staff of the ICU unit at Soldier's Memorial Hospital, as well as VON, and Durham Region's PSW's. Memorial Visitation will take place at the MW Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 from 6-8 p.m. In memory of Judy, donations made to the COPD Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
