Kay Louise Belk

Passed away peacefully at her home in Keswick, surrounded by love, on Friday, March 27, 2026 at the age of 80. Precious wife of Russell Belk. Loving mother of Amy (Robert Pepper) of Fairfax, Virginia. Cherished grandmother of Zoe (Zach Tolbert), and Ethan Pepper (Grace). Treasured great grandmother of Ainsley. Dear sister of Judith Stoneman. Cremation has taken place.
