Lynda Defusco

Passed away peacefully with her close friend Cathy by her side at Cedarvale Lodge on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the age of 69 years. Predeceased by her husband Tony Defusco (2017) and her parents Bill and Doris Parker. Much loved sister of Mary Ellen (Bob Craig) of Bowmanville. Lynda will be fondly remembered by her stepchildren, especially Heidi and step-grandchildren Sophie and Phoenix as well as her extended family and friends. The family would like to give special thanks to Joanna, Natalie, the team at the Stronach Cancer Centre and the wonderful staff at Cedarvale Lodge for the loving and compassionate care she received during her stay. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, July 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Enniskillen Tyron United Church, 2702 Concession Road 7, Bowmanville, ON. The family has requested you wear casual, uplifting attire and please bring your own lawn chair. In memory of Lynda, donations made to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
