Mario Cinelli

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mario Cinelli, aged 88 of Keswick, Ontario. After a lengthy illness, Mario passed away at the Newmarket Health Centre on June 30th, 2025. Born on April 4, 1937 in Colli, Italy, he was the beloved son of Vincenzo Cinelli and Giuseppina Chiarlitti, and brother to Maria and Candidoro. Mario emigrated to Canada to join Iolanda, and together they started working a series of jobs which eventually led to them to own several successful businesses. Mario enjoyed the Italian club, card games and most of all, eating. Mario is survived by his spouse Iolanda, sons Franco, Al (Debra) and Vince, and grandchildren Jake and Max.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at M.W. Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick, with a Funeral Service to follow at 2 p.m. in the Chapel. Burial will take place at Queensville Cemetery, 20778 Leslie St, Queensville.
