Passed away unexpectedly at the Hennick Humber Hospital on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at the age of 83.
Pat was predeceased by her loving husband Gord Wisdom in 2010. She was also predeceased by her parents Hilliard and Elsie Hare, and brother Lorne Hare. She will be greatly missed by her siblings Geoffrey Hare (Marika) and Deborah Clark (Fred Welsh) and also nephews, nieces and great nephew and great niece. Pat will be forever remembered by her family and many friends as a loving, caring and generous person.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
Donations to the Georgina Animal Shelter in memory of Pat will be greatly appreciated.
