Shirley George

Peacefully at Bethany Lodge, Markham on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at the age of 80 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Graham George (2008). Much loved mother of Sharon George (late James Link), Annette (Yovanny Villafana), Patricia George, and Joan Wakeling. Cherished grandmother of Jawon (Amelia), Justin and Chelsea (Denzel). Dear sister-in-law of Jean McKay. Shirley will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Special thanks to the staff at Bethany Lodge, especially Donna, Peter and Yvonne. Visitation will be held at the Hope for Today Fellowship Church, 267 Hollywood Drive, Keswick, on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 from 12:15 – 1 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Interment at Keswick Cemetery. In memory of Shirley, donations made to the Georgina Animal Shelter would be appreciated.
