Ted Halket

Passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by the comfort of family after a brief illness on Wednesday, March 25th 2026 at the age of 66.

He is reunited with his beloved wife, Patricia David (2023) whose love he carried with him. Always cherished and deeply loved father of Shannon Halket and her partner Charles, who held a special place in his heart. Proud and treasured grandfather of Preston Anderson. He will also be fondly remembered by Shannon's mother, Carol.

A true free spirit. He will be remembered for his kind heart, generous soul and the way he was always there for others. He touched the lives of so many, leaving behind memories that will be held close forever.

Cremation has taken place and service will not be held at this time.

Heartfelt thanks to his dear best friends, Janet, Norm, Steve, Christel and Barb, as well as the compassionate and dedicated community nurses and the many close friends who surrounded him and his family with love and support.

From Shannon, Dad your love, strength and kindness shape who I am. I will carry you with me in everything I do. I will never disappoint you and I will always love you.
